'In Queue' Fax Status and Send Durations

Upon sending a fax, your fax goes into a queue and will show as In Queue in the History tab of the app.

Depending on the number of pages your fax contains, a delivery time estimate is displayed once you are ready to send.

We typically estimate a sending time of about 4 minutes per page, plus 3 minutes total to account for possible connection issues. If there are any issues, such as the line being busy, it can take extra time. Unfortunately we are unable to control the delivery speed.

For large faxes, a fax may be past the estimated delivery time but still be listed as In Queue on the History tab of the app. If you see this status, it means we are still trying to deliver the fax.

Note that our fax service provider makes 3 attempts to deliver one fax. If your fax needs more than one attempt to send, each attempt will follow the same time estimate that we've outlined above.
