Fax Subscriptions. How to change or cancel

There are 2 different types of subscription available, each with the ability to chose a set period of time for the said subscription. One subscription is for Sending fax messages, and one is for Receiving them. Please see below for more information: 

Send Fax Subscriptions:

Send unlimited faxes for 1 week - $5.99
Send unlimited faxes for 1 month - $19.99
Send unlimited faxes for 1 year - $95.99

Receive Fax Subscriptions:

Receive unlimited faxes for 1 month - $7.99

Receive unlimited faxes for 1 year - $95.99

For your convenience, subscriptions will automatically renew, but you may cancel your renewal at any time. 

How to change or cancel subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad

All renewals and subscriptions are managed by Apple directly. To cancel your renewal and your subscription, follow the link for Apple's instructions below:

1. Open the Settings app. 

2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.* 

3. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

4. Choose a different subscription option, or tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

*If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
