If a fax fails, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and contact us. You won't be charged credits for faxes that weren’t delivered.
1. Select the History tab at the bottom of your screen.
2. The fax that has failed will have a Not Delivered message next to it.
3. There are several reasons why a fax may show as not delivered.
No answer from the machine:
4. Double check the number of the fax for accuracy. You can also dial that number from your phone and make sure you hear the standard fax machine sound on the other side. You may also tap the fax, then tap Resend on the next screen to try resending.
If you continue to have issues sending your fax, please send us a message (Settings > Help and Support > Send Feedback) with details of the issue. Also, you can send us your documents and the number, and we will resend this fax for you without using any of your credits.
