Camera does not work

Permission is required for the app to access the camera functions of the iPhone.  Prior to capturing images with the camera, access must be allowed.

If permission has not yet been granted, the app will walk you through how to allow access.  

Tip:  Permission only needs to be granted once. You can manage access in your iPhone's Settings at Privacy > Camera > Fax. 

First, select Allow access to camera.

Next, turn the Camera toggle on.
